Berean Baptist - Int'll Falls
We enjoyed a great week of relaxation and ministry in International Falls, MN last week. I was expecting icebergs and snow because I heard through the grapevine that this city was the coldest place in the States. I must have had my information off a little, as we enjoyed high 70's all week long! Most of the team arrived on Thursday, and we enjoyed two days of music practice for our newest recording (scheduled to be recorded the week after Thanksgiving). We started meetings with the folks at Berean Baptist on Sunday morning, and enjoyed a great lunch fellowship with the congregation that afternoon. Monday was an Irish concert in a local venue, the Backus Auditorium. We were able to see many visitors come out that night to hear the music and the Gospel. We are praying for the seeds that were planted that night. Wednesday night we ran a small youth activity that was led by Matt since the Rolands had already left to go to a wedding. The meetings ended Thursday, but Pastor Belding had two fun/relaxing days planned for the team. The off-days were a big blessing after a very busy schedule this fall. Thanks to the folks at Berean for their hospitality, kindness, and partnering together for the Gospel!
